I have been negligence about core strength workouts. Today I did 100 PPushups (45 advanced and 55 Regular), and 60 ab crunches.
I started journaling my workouts as a part of my recovery from a broken hip/femur sustained on December 12, 2007. Although I began training a couple of weeks after the surgery, my serious training began on June 1st, 2008. I am focused on overall strength and cycling. In recent months I have been spending most of my time in the gym. I'll get out on my bike more as we begin 2009 and the weather improves.
