Smoothies Have Become a Mainstay of my Nutrition
4 years ago
I started journaling my workouts as a part of my recovery from a broken hip/femur sustained on December 12, 2007. Although I began training a couple of weeks after the surgery, my serious training began on June 1st, 2008. I am focused on overall strength and cycling. In recent months I have been spending most of my time in the gym. I'll get out on my bike more as we begin 2009 and the weather improves.
oh my gosh, 134 pushups? I can only do 2 full pushups. And I've been working on it for 1.5 years. But I'm improving so I'm happy with my 2. You must be getting a lot of Vitamin D now. I have to take mine in the form of supplements. Say, I started up a new blog with my exercise log too. :)

I'll check out the new blog. Women have a hard time with upper body stuff. Check out the PerfectPushup device...www.perfectpushup.com I have been using it for several months and it is a great upper body workout in a very short period of time.
ReplyDeleteFirst you have to be able to do a pushup to use that, right? I'll wait until I can do more than 2.
ReplyDeleteYou can start with pushups with your knees on the ground to build up your basic strength and then graduate to full-fledged pushups. The PPushups allow you to go deeper and do the pushups without hurting your shoulders.
